Zoning Ordinance
The purpose of the zoning ordinance is to refine and further define the Town's General Plan goals, objectives, policies, standards and maps as related to the preservation, enhancement and development of the Town.

The zoning ordinance establishes uses of the land which are permitted and conditionally permitted based upon provisions of the General Plan and applicable provisions of Federal and State laws and codes related to the regulation of land uses.

The zoning ordinance establishes development standards deemed the minimum necessary to promote and protect the public health, safety and general welfare of the Town.

Current published zoning regulations can be found in Title 10, Chapter 3, of the Town's Municipal Code.
