Streets & Parks Division
The Streets & Parks Division is responsible for the maintenance, repair and upkeep of Town roads, drainage system, medians, signage, street and curb painting, as well as the maintenance of the Town's parks, open space, and the Town Hall plaza area.

MAINTENANCE

This work is done under contract with Peek Electric Company.

POTHOLES

Potholes are repaired as needed by the Public Works crew for Town-maintained streets.

TOWN-OWNED
CATCH BASINS AND STORM DRAINS

These are cleaned out beginning in November by the Public Works crew in preparation for the winter.

TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES

Maintenance is ongoing throughout the year on these devices.

SIGNS AND CURB PAINTING

This activity takes place in the spring and summer months, and includes curbs, limit lines, parking lines, crosswalks, etc.

MEDIAN ISLAND MAINTENANCE

Weed cutting and tree trimming on the medians is ongoing throughout the year, but is most needed in the spring.
