The goal of Gymnast X is to train the body and mind to overcome obstacles. Students are taught to see ‘obstacles’ as opportunities to further themselves both physically and mentally. The goal of this class it to teach students that there is nothing but opportunity, how to practice effectively while still having fun and, most importantly, safely. Class paid on a drop–in basis only. *No class week of 3/18 and 4/8.

Location: SARC Gymnasium
Tuesdays and/ or Thursdays:  5:30 - 7:30 pm
