Sign Ordinance Summary
Sign Ordinance Overview
The Town’s current sign ordinance was developed over a two year period by a Citizen’s Advisory Committee appointed by the Town Council. The committee was composed of approximately two dozen citizens and was assisted by Councilmembers, Town staff and subject matter experts. The ordinance was enacted in January 2007 and may be viewed at our on-line Municipal Code, (SAMC 10-9, Signs).
