Parklets

Parklets have become part of the Town landscape since they were first allowed temporarily during the Summer 2020. With San Anselmo's mild climate, the parklets provide outside seating for our residents and visitors to enjoy nearly year round.

On September 27, 2022, Town Council approved an amendment (Ordinance #1166 - Parklet Ordinance) to the Municipal Code to allow for permanent Parklet installations, including adopting a Parklet Program and Parklet Guidelines.

On April 11, 2023 Council approved the updated fee schedule (Resolution #4482) to become effective on July 1, 2023.
