SAN ANSELMO GENERAL PLAN UPDATE

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Town of San Anselmo invites qualified planning consultants and/or teams to submit a proposal for professional consulting services to prepare a comprehensive update to the San Anselmo General Plan and corresponding preparation of related environmental review in conformance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) documentation. 

The applicant’s team for this project should be multi-disciplinary and include expertise in all appropriate areas of General Plan development and environmental review.

 Qualified firms that would like to be considered will need to submit a response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) no later than Monday, December 18, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. Responses must be sent electronically.

All requests for information and responses to questions will be posted on the Town’s website (www.townofsananslemo.org). Please check the Town’s website for the latest information and queries concerning this RFP. 

 The Town intends to follow, but will not be bound by, the following timeline: 

• Distribution of the RFP in November 2023 
• Deadline to Submit Proposals December 18, 2023, 5:00 pm 
• Consultant Interviews January 8 – January 12, 2024
• Consultant Selection: January 15 – January 26, 2024
• Project Completion: October 2026
