The Bald Hill Area Plan was developed in 1996 to prepare a plan for the Bald Hill area that would address issues of fire safety, aesthetics, trails, open space and infrastructure. The Bald Hill Working Group met between late 1993 and early 1995 to formulate and present the draft plan. It was approved by the Town Council in 1996 and became an amendment to the General Plan.
