The County is working on developing guidelines for safely providing Fall programs and youth activity programs as part of its response to the COVID-19 emergency. As the Town of San Anselmo works to develop and operate its Fall recreation programs in compliance with these guidelines, some programs may be restricted or cancelled.
We would like to take this chance to share our gratitude and thank everyone who has supported us by taking virtual classes; and now attending our in-person summer camps. Everything looks different, with instructors wearing masks and campers constantly washing hands throughout the day, but the laughter and smiling faces proves our children are worth the hard work.
Safety is our number one priority, and all of our decisions will follow County guidelines to keep everyone safe and healthy. As a result, our activity guide release date has been postponed until we have more guidance from Marin County regarding Fall classes for children, teens, adults, and seniors.
Instead of a printed guide, we will be transitioning to an online only Activity Guide for the Fall that will include the most up to date information for all our offerings. Click the cover page above to check for revisions and see the virtual and in-person classes we have running right now! Check back regularly for updates, and rest assured that no matter the circumstances, the Recreation Department will be here for you in the Fall with a comprehensive list of offerings for people of all ages.
