Design review is required for any exterior alterations in a commercial zoning district. Design review may be conducted by the Planning Director or Planning Commission.
 

Timing

Depends on the scope of the project. Minor items such as repainting a similar color may be approved within a week. Other projects may take approximately 8 weeks if public notice and/or a hearing are required.
