Family Yoga Series with Shannon Kozubik

First Four Sundays in August at 9:30am on Zoom:

The San Anselmo Public Library is excited to partner with Pomegranate to offer Family Yoga in August! Join us for some or all sessions. Children and their parents will develop balance, coordination, focus, and will release stress, gain confidence, and learn to express themselves. Classes include fun yoga poses, breathing exercises, music and movement, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness exercises.

Rita's Quilt

When craftivist Shannon Downey stumbled upon an unfinished quilt at an estate sale in Mt. Prospect, Illinois, she knew she had to finish it in honor of the original artist who had passed on. Shannon also knew that she could not do it alone. Hear the incredible story of what happened when 150 artists from across the country worked together to finish #RitasQuilt.
