San Anselmo Town Hall

STORM RESPONSE UPDATE - Sunday, October 24, 2021

The Town of San Anselmo is closely monitoring the current storm system, and has called out crew members from the Department of Public Works (DPW) to patrol the town for clogged storm drains, fallen debris and other hazards. In addition, the Town has partially activated its Emergency Operations Center. Staff is on-duty and are in contact with the Ross Valley Fire Department (RVFD), the Central Marin Police Authority (CMPA), the County's Office of Emergency Services (County OES) and with representatives from the National Weather Service (NWS).

Reporting Hazards

The best way to report a hazardous situation is by contacting CMPA. Please call CMPA's non-emergency phone number at (415) 927-5150 to report any non-urgent weather related issue.  Please call 9-1-1 to report emergency situations. CMPA will disseminate the report to the DPW field crew.

The Central Marin Police is actively coordinating with DPW personnel to appropriately respond to the variety of weather related events today.
